Impossible.

Well, copying a skill is probably not impossible, but the combination of all those factors is highly unlikely.

The last thing I want to do is think ill of another person and cast suspicion on them, but would any other conclusion make sense?

I would want some sort of definitive proof before accusing the man.

Even if he could be accused, what would you do with him afterwards?

It's not... as important here in camp, but we certainly can impact his movements back home.

Considering how some people who had been in camp sometimes return with no recollection of ever being here, that might not be a possibility.

You are right in saying that we a person should not be accused without definitive evidence, so further discussion of that is just putting the cart before the horse.

Of course.

A NEXT's ability must be activated... and unless it can be done so, we cannot prove otherwise.

So one has to wait for him to be careless.

Or set a trap.

The latter seems more likely.

He would be too well-practiced at keeping his identity hidden for the former. Although camp has a way of throwing people off-kilter.
